WELCOME to the Long Creek Owner's Association (LCOA). The following pages have been established to bring the most current information about the association to current and future homeowners, and to provide access about important information in our community.

Long Creek is a gated community with private roads which are maintained by LCOA as well as the common areas. There is a pavilioned park on the banks of Guadalupe River where residents may fish, swim and have a picnic. Additionally, all members are provided with logons to the LivingAtTheBandit.com web site. The private pages of the web site contains specific home owners information, events and tournments for all the LCOA Members.

Long Creek Owners Association membership is mandatory for homeowners. The annual membership fees are $650 for Home Sites and $1,200 for the Golf Villas. The Golf Villa annual fee includes a lawn mowing service.

The following LCOA documents are available to the general public for downloading and viewing:- Restrictive Covenants and Design Guidelines. Please note that theses documents are large and depending upon your connection speed, may take several minutes to open or download.
