WELCOME to the Long Creek Owner's Association (LCOA). The following pages have been established to bring the most current information about the association to current and future homeowners, and to provide access about important information in our community. Long Creek is a gated community with private roads which are maintained by LCOA as well as the common areas. There is a pavilion park on the banks of Guadalupe River where residents may fish, swim and picnic.
Membership in the LCOA is mandatory for homeowners. The annual membership fees are $650 for all Home Sites and an additional $1,500 annual fee for The Lodges. The Lodges’ annual fee includes a lawn maintenance, insurance on the exterior of the building, and pool maintenance.
